Session Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To ensure the best service for our athletes, we have the following cancellation policy EFFECTIVE 5-1-25.
- Notice Requirement: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.
- Late Cancellations: If an appointment is canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total session fee will apply.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full appointment fee for their total missed session.
- Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible in case of unexpected circumstances, and we will work with you to reschedule without penalty when appropriate.
- Repeated Cancellations/No-Shows: If cancellations or no-shows become frequent, we may require a deposit for future appointments or reserve the right to refuse service.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees.
